    After almost two weeks:
Current bodyweight: 264 pounds (down eight pounds, mostly water weight but still)
Waist: 41 1/2 inches (down an inch)
I'm not trying to crash diet or anything, just consistently make good choices, I figure that will get me pretty far along to where I need to go.

Just remember, broccoli, collard greens and chicken thighs are your friends! Also throwing in tons of jump roping, stairs and boxing is better than stupid ass jogging.

Thanks, yeah lots of chicken thighs and broccoli, not crazy about collard greens but I'll have a kale shake every now and then. I've been doing a little sprinting on an Airdyne bike and plan on adding in jump rope.

Yesterday some bike sprints, slowly trying to up the intensity. Today was chest, shoulders, triceps, did a bunch of pushups and was under constant kitten attack the entire time.

Yeah I do the cold shower thing occasionally, this time of year not as often or long but a little bit.

Good job focusing on diet Anthony. Whenver I experiment with cutting that's always the key thing that needs to change to effectuate fat loss. It's probably equally important to getting in the gym in the first place, but you should think of it as being more important.

What's your waistline at we need hard numbers!

Diet is most of this, muscle is built in the gym but abs are built in the kitchen!

Started about 42 1/2 now about 41 1/2, so an inch off after two weeks. Had to use another notch in the belt too! Half an inch a week is nothing crazy and is sustainable I think.

I figure I'll update numbers every two weeks so there will be noticeable and measurable improvement, I don't want to try and drop a bunch of weight fast and lose muscle and do something I won't maintain.

Today Airdyne sprints, neck bridges (off the wall, I have to build up to the floor), calf raises. Later I will try to overdose on protein and minimize the carb bombs.

Thanksgiving wasn't bad, I ate half a dozen eggs before I headed out so I wouldn't overdo it. Had mostly turkey and a little bit of everything else. Went to bed early and had a good night's sleep.

This morning was chest, shoulders, triceps. Later a friend stopped by and we did some squats.

Tonight I'm done working at 10:30 (relatively early) so I'm hoping for another full night's sleep.

Saturday back and biceps, calves and neck bridges. Today was squats, romanian deadlifts, and more calves. Just to try something different I did a lot of sets with less weight and very short rest periods, felt pretty good but I don't if I'll stick with it. I also did a few sets of deadlifts and worked up to 415.

Food-wise mostly protein and fat yesterday and today, almost no carbs except for a banana before working out.

This morning was dips, incline DB presses, pushups, upright rows, overhead EZ triceps extensions, rope pulldowns. Also ate some eggs and a few pounds of beef yesterday, today has been more eggs, a big bowl of beef chili, and tonight will be chicken thighs with peppers and onions.

Squats yesterday, five sets of three at 315 lbs, then 5 more slow, deep sets with 225.

50 pushups this morning, but watching the video I realized they were mostly low-energy 3/4 reps and not trophy-worthy, so that will have to wait.

Shortly I'll do back and biceps, with some calves and neck bridges at the end.

    47 pushups :(
Then dips, DB presses, upright rows, Rudy DB laterals
I was pretty gassed from the pushups but the pump was good.

    And now eggs and bacon.
