    5 sets 6 reps (shoulder/pec stretches between)

    Bench
    235lbs 3 reps
    245lbs 3, 4, 5, 5, 5 reps

    Deadbugs, Leg raises and TRX Ab Rollout

    12 sets, Dips (6 reps) --> Chinups(4 reps) (10-15 seconds rest)

    5 sets, 45 degree angle TRX Rows (5 reps) --> Pushups (5 reps) (no rest)

    Machine fly for right pec

    Lateral raises

    Rope Pulling and Hip/Hamstring stretches

    185lbs (Slow and paused)

    Didn't count sets or reps just focused on keeping my form even and the weight on my heels. Won't start planning/tracking these until I have the form more ingrained, or else I will start chasing numbers and revert to bad form.

    Lunges
    95lbs 1 set 5 reps a side, too heavy to do correctly
    65lbs, 3 sets 5 reps a side, better

    TRX Lunges, deadbugs, leg raises, TRX Ab rollouts

    Hips are getting more even, and I am improving my kinesthetic awareness in my lower body movements. I think if I can keep this up, I will be in for big improvements from a lifting numbers perspective in a couple months,

    10 reps (better camera angle)

    Weighted carries with mostly left hand loaded

    Monday PM (was angry after a work call so blew out of there for a quick round 2 at the gym)
