    Neutral Grip Chin-ups (shoulder stretches between)
    8 sets of 5 reps. Focusing on form, keeping my core rigid, leaning back, rising as fast as possible, lowing slowly, and pausing at top and bottom.

    Stair Intervals (shoulder stretches between)

    Behind the neck BB OHP
    Warm up
    95lbs 12 reps
    115lbs 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps
    95lbs 10 reps, 12 reps

    Rear delts, preacher curls, lateral raises, tricep pulldowns, hammer curls

    Chin-ups <--> Dips (short rest, low reps)

    One arm machine Rows, Machine incline press, Machine OHP

    I should have done the dips and chin-ups at the end because I had no gas left after them.

    Was worried my workout would suck because I only got 4.5 hours of sleep, but having had adrafinil Yesterday seems to have kept that from happening. Was getting great pumps and had lots of energy. Crazy stuff.

    I could definitely by grinding out more weight and reps on squats. but my weight starts to shift more onto my left hip. Trying to keep the ego in check and the form good.
