A previous incarnation of The Hall had a shit ton of crock pot stuff. It's gone now, so I'm restarting. The HouseJew is out of town on a business trip, so I'm having to make my own food. I have a shit ton of stew and roast cuts in my freezer. Tomorrow, I'm doing a Sirloin Tip Roast. Going to cut up some Potato, Onion, and whatever other vegtables I have that are stew worthy, then cook for 8 hours. Spicing the meat tonight and letting it sit. I've heard a bit of Vinegar on the top as it goes in helps tenderize, but not sure.
