Doombulker's- Bigger By the Day Bulk of Death

    Formerly "pure brutal" on the old forums, glad to be back. I've never had a log and have been on lifting forums for a while and always thought about doing one, now it begins. I'm going to be doing a variation of Mr. Piana's Bigger By the Day. Following the workouts on www.richpianastats.com.

    Another thing is I've never actually committed to a serious Bulk/Training program for a few months. I'm shooting for a good 4-6 month heavy massive eating bulk.

    Todays Workout-

    Chest
    Pec Deck - 16 Reps Superset With Barbell Press - 12 Reps x 4 Sets

    #2. Pec Deck- 16 Reps Superset With Incline Barbell Press - 12 Reps x 4 Sets

    #3 Press Machine 12-16 Reps x 4 Sets

    Forearms- wrist curls 25 Reps 4 sets

    Feeder Workout-
    Side Laterals 25 reps x 3
    Rear Lats- 25 Reps x 3


    Hopefully I dont slack off and keep this log going.

    Meals so far today-
    Cereal, Spam Fried Rice, Tuna Sandwich

    Stats- 6'1, currently around 210, not 100% need to get a scale.

    Shoulder Workout-
    #1. Barbell Front Raises - 16 Reps Superset With Front Presses - 12 Reps x 4 Sets

    #2. Side Laterals - 16 Reps Superset With Upright Rows - 12 Reps x 4 Sets

    #3. Bent Over Rear Lateral Raises Pyramid 20 Reps x 4 sets

    #4. Barbelll Shrugs- 25 reps x 2


    So far I can tell I wont be updating this everyday, but It will be in the back of my mind to come check in and keep the motivation rolling. Shooting for 5 meals today. Gonna make some chicken enchiladas tonight. I'm planning on moving this summer from Florida back to Kansas. My apartment has a basic gym that meets my needs barbell smith machine, dumbbells, cables, and some other basic machines. With work, family, and school Im going to try to make the next 6 months count otherwise I feel like im in limbo here just waiting to get out of this swamp.

    Taking a hiatus from this log and bulk. My apartment's gym is under construction til next month. So I'm actually gonna do a quick cutting cycle until then, cardio push-ups and sit-ups. Lose some fat and water weight, and once the gym is back return to bulk mode.
