I think Cody Lundin, and Miles Olsen https://www.newsociety.com/Books/U/Unlearn-Rewild, both talked about cleaning clothes with UV (i.e. sunlight).
It's a good water purifier. You can use the SODIS method with clear glass bottles https://modernsurvivalblog.com/health/how-to-purify-water-with-sunlight/

In traditional brain tanned buckskin, the brains are just a conditioner for the hide. The actual preservation is in the gentle smoking of the hide.

Proximity to gentle fire lowers blood pressure. Skin to skin and skin to fur also dramatically lowers BP. Really the ultimate feel good is being in shorts before an early evening fire with a dog resting on your bare feet and tiny female hands kneading your bare back. Being horse mounted regularly also has strange mental benefits.

I’ll try and find my grandmothers old book of witchcraft full of natural esotericism.

The ultimate esoteric health benefits are those which are naturally denied to incels and landcels, I love it.

I did a river hike yesterday, actually in the cold waters of the Virgin River. The constant contact with the cold waters felt great. I have old injuries in both ankles and they bother me from time to time (both of them have been kind of lingering recently), they felt great after the hike yesterday and feel good today. Obviously not a cure all, but it has to be good for you to contact natural elements like that.

Trying to plan a camping trip for the family. Bring grandpa too. Unfortunately his condition(ALS) makes it hard, since he can't get around well enough to be able to get out of bed on the ground to get up and pee. I think what will likely happen is that I'll get a campsite for my step dad, myself, and brother and mom can just bring grandpa down to spend the day, then go home at night. The wilderness would do him good I think. Maybe put him in back of kayak and take him on an adventure.

Me too! The trick will be planning it all before it starts to get cold. We're in a bit of a heat wave now so hopefully another month of decent weather.

I know this video was made to mock AJ but honestly it just makes him more endearing. 10/10 would wade in the cold, regenerative waters of the Virgin River to subvert the New World Order with!

Infowars branded supplements aren't bad at all, if I had unlimited cash to burn I'd take one of everything daily.
