I do dry fire practice all the time, just to keep used to triggers and see how steady I can stay, and it really bothers me that I can't really keep steady anymore. At least constantly handling handguns helped me rebuild my dexterity

Just got my high dollar heavy tungston recoil sping assemblies for all of my glocks. (glock 21sf, glock 23 gen3, glock 27 gen 4) I can feel a literal difference in the weight which should reduce muzzle flip and recoil. All of which are still the same factory lbs on the spring itself for function. I will have a full report before the end of January and if it is or is not worth the cost of these upgrades. I will be unbias.

I'm getting the itch for SKS shooting again but it's in storage! They don't get enough credit for their accuracy and handling, top tier deer gun.

Confession of Unmanliness: I have an SKS that I bought three or four years ago that I have never fired.

Haha dork, you are going to kick yourself for this! Thwomping 7.62x39 into a fist sized clump at 100 yards is extremely satisfying.

I've never tried super slowfire bullseye shooting with my SKS. Even at the million rules outdoor range I leave the irons down and off target, then try to get a quick sight picture and shot or two off.

My SKS was broken in on a semi-frozen muddy field up north where it was throwing gobs of water and dirt everywhere, dual wielded it with the 1911 for ultimate korean war power.

I have an SKS like that, mag changes are finicky and you can't rock in full mags. It feeds 100% even from promag and Korean mags, though, which is awesome

also it likes taking chunks out of fingers

I just bought a pocket holster. Apparently I'm going to need bigger jeans or something.

I told you to look for an IWB! Pocket carry is fine but it's for certain pants and situations only.

Him and Gunblast are the only two youtube channels that are "professional" that I'll click, the rest are insufferable, take a million years to get to the point, drives me insane. Very few people are capable of purchasing a firearm and then talking about it on the internet while still breathing through their nose.

Dude, its ok. I have about 3 rifles that I haven't fired yet because there isn't an outdoor rifle range within 80 miles of me. I have a 50 yard range that I hand shoveled on my family property, an 8-9 foot high, dirt burm about 8 feet wide with over 8 acres of open woods behind it. So I get pleanty of handgun range time. But outside of my .22 rifle time its seldom I get to shoot my personal rifles outside of USMC range time.

*edit* I mostly shoot handguns. I do get in CQB time with certian rifles when afforded the time. My priority is handguns when I get range time.

Why wouldn't you practice with a rifle at 50 yards? Goofball
