    How many sets does it take for you to get 50 reps on the pullups? Or is that just one big set?

    if I do just BW i can get it done in 3 sets, but i find that I end up rushing and not doing full range so I typically do sets of 5-8 and really stretch and pause at the bottom and make sure I pull as high as I can. I have done 23 in one set before but I don't feel near as much in my back and it turns into all arms.
