    I hate that damn thing. I am doing three up and down as one set with arms extended out. By the third up, my whole fucking arms are burning. I have to do three sets of that.

    I got blood on my Zubaz.. When I do a lot of cardio, apparently I bleed from my ass, which soaks my underware, which then red-streaked the ass of my Zubaz.

    I normally wear black and didn't realize I bleed this much working out.
