    What have I been up to in the gym lately, you may ask?

    Sunday: Chest
    Flat bench: 315 x 6, 365 x 1, 405 x 5, 3, 3, 315 x 10, 7
    Pec dec, V grip tricep presses, Hammer Strength incline press 4 plates x 6, 5, 5 plus partials, calves

    Monday: Legs
    Squats, got up to 545 x 1 no wraps, 495 x 8, my arm felt pretty tweaked so I stopped squatting. Iso ham curls, single leg extensions w/145 x 12, super slow hack squats with 5 plates, 4 x 12 roughly, prone ham curls, calves

    Current weight is 230

    Arms:

    Standing DB curls, 50 x 8, 60 x 8, 70 x 8, 75 x 6, 60 x 10, 10
    Tricep pressdowns, seated DB curls, dip machine, more tris, calves, machine curls

    This legit MK677 is giving me a killer pump and I'm up 6 lbs of water since Monday

    No idea, maybe once I get a real job?

    Was at RC all week so I didn't lift except for Tuesday when we hit up a local gym to PUMP 4 TRUMP, hit 405 x 4 on flat bench, pretty good for having killed a whole bottle of fireball the night before

    Ugh I really should update this log on the reg.

    Yesterday shoulders,
    Military press machine, 3 plates, 6 sets 12 reps or so
    Laterals with 50s and 60s
    Machine laterals
    Rear delts on pec dec
    Smith machine OHP, 2 plates, 4 sets of 10 or so
    Calves
    Cable laterals
    Some triceps

    Today was arms, I ate like 800mg of sodium preworkout to see how good of a pump it would give me, was not disappointed
    Standing DB curls, one side at a time, 45s, 55s, 65s, 55s, going for 8-10 reps, 7 or 8 total sets
    EZ bar curls with 35 on each side, 5 sets to failure
    V handle pressdowns, 80 x 12, 5 or 6 sets
    Seated db curls with 30s, wow great pump
    Dip machine, 2.5, 3 plates
    Lots of cable tricep extensions
    Calves
    More cable bis and tris

    Nah, it's on the hammer strength machine so no bar weight and they're on a lever path. Not sure what the equivalent resistance is.

    Today was chest!

    Incline hammer strength: 5 plates, 6x4
    Flat bench: 315 x 9, 7, 7, 6
    Triceps
    Pec dec
    Calves.

    Super hungry today! But I need to see a bit of mirror progress before giving myself a big cheat meal. At least tonight is steak, that's a needed break from chicken.

    Smith machine rows: 3 plates x 5 x 8
    Seated low rows: 4 plates x 4 x 8
    Pulldowns: 220 x 12, 10, 10, 8, 165 x 12...
    Standing iso cable rows
    DB curls, tried these with straps after watching a Flex Lewis video. Damn, it really helps get a good pump! Did burn sets with 45s and 35s until my arms were toasty

    High volume arms day
    Dips, db curls, cable stuff... eh the usual.

    Wow no updates on training or bodybuilding but nonstop posts about gay guns. Your priorities are ruining my life.
