No idea, maybe once I get a real job?

Was at RC all week so I didn't lift except for Tuesday when we hit up a local gym to PUMP 4 TRUMP, hit 405 x 4 on flat bench, pretty good for having killed a whole bottle of fireball the night before

Nah, it's on the hammer strength machine so no bar weight and they're on a lever path. Not sure what the equivalent resistance is.

    Today was chest!

Incline hammer strength: 5 plates, 6x4
    Flat bench: 315 x 9, 7, 7, 6
    Triceps
    Pec dec
    Calves.

Super hungry today! But I need to see a bit of mirror progress before giving myself a big cheat meal. At least tonight is steak, that's a needed break from chicken.

May be late @Rudy, but here's my update!

225 lbs, still lean enough to see quad feathering. Going to cut for a little bit for a guest posing appearance at a comp in the area. Will pose to Burning in the Third Degree by Tahnee Cain & Tryanglz! Then it's time to blast some heavy stuff and stuff my face with carbs, in order to use the post-contest rebound effect for a while... until prep begins for my next pro qualifier. Last time I came in top 5 in my weight class with shredded glutes. Goal this time is to do the same with 8 more pounds of muscle.

How have I missed your workout log?

Would you be willing to share your experience with MK677, as well as any comparison to GH if you've tried it? I've read a bit on it over the last year, and it seems all kinds of good. Pretty close to ordering some.

MK677 is good, it blows you up and cushions your joints. You have to run it carefully to optimize your IGF1BP3 levels, some protocols say 1 week on/off, others say EOD. You won't lose fat on it though. Only FDA gh or very good generics seem to melt the fat off. Keep an eye on your insulin sensitivity, as it will decrease! Combat with a clean diet and berberine.
