    Going to ask about Giants Live Iceland soon, that's in early June. WSM this year is in the Philippines in May.......... if I kill it there then that would lead me to WSM 2019.

    Fuck, you killed the tire flip event. The other guys were taking the full time allowed to barely muscle it over and then you'd throw it like a brown person over the border in two seconds. O'Doyle rules!!!

    That press medley was impressive as hell too. I don't know what you got red lighted for on that stone shoulder, looked fine to me.

    He said I was stepping backward, had to keep feet still... I was first to go up but other dudes did worse shit and got their lofts passed but whatever. Should have went to my left shoulder anyway, left bicep 2x stronger (and not hurt) prob would have been able to pull it right up.

    I was trying to flip it back to them asap when they were struggling so they'd have to make another attempt immediately after they barely completed their last flip, ha ha! Operation Faggot Removal.

    Nobody in the world has or can beat me on heavy tire on a straight run but two guys ended up with more reps, I just gassed out. Fucking tedious man! I've never flipped any tire THAT many times in a row, fuck. It ruined the rest of my day!

    Light pressing to get blood flowing and hopefully "walk off" the hurt bicep via bloodflow and hitting opposing muscle groups.

    Standing overhead
    20kg x 30, 2 sets
    65kg x 25
    65kg x 10

    Seated machine shoulder press, full stack 10-15

    Seated tricep extensions, 2-3 sets

    Handstand push-ups at the park, 645am

    Warm-up position hands far, 2x10
    In hard position, best was 25 reps

    Pow, 27
    x8
    Easy position x8, out of steam

    Higher reps seem to blow up my absolute press power when I go heavy, and these are mega convenient to hit at the park anytime.

    Deadlifts will probably be alternating higher and lower reps, higher: close to 10 or more, low: 3-5 then higher reps to finish.

    Alternating high and low rep workouts on the major movements is guaranteed progress 100% of the time as long as you are keeping track of reps and always pushing hard to beat rep or weight PRs.

    That is funny, I just started doing the same thing on my dl. I hit 10 reps one workout then sets of 2 on the next then back to 10. So far so good. Seems like the only exercise I can do at the moment that doesn't feel like some appendage is about to come off. But, if you can only do one, the DL seems like the one to do.

    Sort of. I'm going for maximum size AND strength, and I think the somewhat higher reps work the muscles so much more completely and don't traumatize the erectors as much as a heavy single or double. So every other workout alternating the higher and lower seems to be the best of both worlds. It's simple but damn I've seen it work on every lift.

    I'm with Rudy on that. The best gains I get are from alternating low rep/high weight and high rep/low weight or sticking with a middle ground rep range like 5 and then just pushing it to as many reps as possible on my last and heaviest set.

    630am pull-ups at the park

    Wide grip, parallel handles, hard mode!
    2 warm-ups with legs up on bar

    bwt x 10, +10 legs up to lighten load (self spotting, sort of, forced reps)
    Immediately after set, bodyweight hangs for grip closed fist, short rest, fingertip hangs

    One more of all the same as above but could only get a few reps bwt, was blown up after first set
