This time it wasn't alcohol. Past two weeks I've been sick, no MMA, first two weeks the same, then I just kinda stopped eating healthy out of laziness.
Really I just stopped caring. I would guess I'm down closer to 4 pounds as I weigh in around 209, but, that's ok, my whole life is two steps forward 1 back.
Ordered 2 pairs of tailored slacks for work a couple weeks ago. Picked them up yesterday, they look so fucking killer. Will post pics of myself rocking NOGUT in these Revolt Against the Modern World pants.
Was able to do 44 pushups in one set today fresh! Gotta get to that Marine Corps 50!
Also will be hitting HIIT this evening.

Monday March 12, 259.5 lbs, took the belt in another notch.
For shame I have backslid, 189. Pizza eaten during a concert plus a burger (bacon jelly and provelone) and fries with my folks the next night have undoubtedly hindered me. Still, that burger was so damn good I have no regrets about it.
202.8lbs. The last two weeks have been a dietary clusterfuck, but I'm back on the path with zero set back.

When I have visible abs I'm gonna be all like:
