'Bout time to start up the ole log again. Last year was not very productive as far as lifting goes (got a year's worth of engineering experience and a huge resumé builder, though). I did learn some things about my deadlift, and almost hit some PRs on it had I not lost momentum in my training. Going to run two cycles of Jonnie Candytoes 6-week program. Starting off with sandbagged numbers for the first cycle to get back in the groove of consistent training and make sure I hit all of my numbers. The second cycle will be harder.
