Basically spend the time you would seeing movies lifting and eating. You can start your movie review blog without having even watched these movies since they're 100% predictable.

Just ordered a pizza, I’m finally getting to where I can eat one a day and still fit some more in on top of it consistently.
Not eating today. Had a week long bullshit eating binge. Gotta reset. Today is going to be fasting, probably start eating tomorrow. Getting some short ribs ready for tomorrow.

5, 1/4 lb hamburger patties. 5 slices American cheese
Baklava and whole milk.
Sardines and bullet proof (decaf) coffee.
Decaf is poop.
I like coffee.
Corned beef brisket. The entire thing, God willing.

Pork chops and two boxes of The Cheesiest
