Held off talking about this here for a while but I've been specifically targeting rehabbing all of my injuries the past two months, very benign exercising, combined with being off work I feel like I've recovered big time, maybe 90%+. Since I will officially be an old person tomorrow why not chronicle the next phase of training? I'm doing absolutely nothing tonight but eating thanksgiving dinner #3 so nothing to report at the moment. This training log will also include all of my odd food+supplement habits so I don't muck up other threads with it. Base plan: Hit 170lbs whatever it takes, combo of training to failure and eating to failure. Out of this failure will come success, there is no other option. I have unlimited resources to make this happen (for now) so that's the plan. Once 170 is reached I'll be immediately going for 175 but at that point I'll also come up with a more specific plan and, gasp, looking at local gyms.
