Why are you losing weight? Pull-ups every workout is too much. Once a week is almost too much for me and I only do two work sets. Blue cheese is for pedophiles.

Wedensday 11/23 BW 212.4 Bench Press bar x 12 80 x 10 115 x 8 150 x 3 185 x 2 205 x 9 Pull-ups + 1 set DB Shrugs I'm losing weight because A) wedding next year, and B) when I started lifting again in August I still weighed north of 225 but significantly weaker. I have already lost ~14 lbs and am just *barely* seeing signs of abs. I would probably be a really lean ~195, which means I had no reason to be carrying that extra 30+ lbs of fat. As for the pull-ups, I modulate the volume so that it's not too much. Bench/Press days I do 5 weighted sets, and Squat/Dead days I only do 2 bodyweight sets. Seems to be working well.
